Carolina Lopes, MS, WHNP-BC

Carolina was born in Brazil and moved to Cape Cod with her family when she was 16.  She completed her undergraduate nursing education at Cape Cod Community College and Curry College.  She has worked as a Registered Nurse in various settings, both impatient and outpatient.  She graduated from Boston College with honors in 2016 and is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certified by The National Certification Corporation (NCC).  During her clinical year, Carolina completed rotations in various women's health sites in Massachusetts with a focus in gynecology and obstetrics care, breast health and primary care.

She is an active member of both the Sigma Theta Tau (International Honor Society of Nursing) and The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health's (NPWH).

Her special interests include disease prevention, health and wellness promotion and health education to women of all ages.

In her free time, Carolina enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her family and friends.  She lives in Hyannis with her husband and their 6 lb. yorkie.  She speaks English, Portuguese and basic Spanish.
