Rebecca Butler, Certified Nurse Midwife, CNM

I completed my undergrad at Quincy College and U Mass Boston. I have worked as an RN in acute and critical care settings for the past 6 years. I graduated from Frontier School of Midwifery with honors in 2017 and became certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board as a nurse midwife at that time.

I completed 1000 clinical hours in RI with a large urban Midwifery practice providing care to a diverse population and performed births at Women and Infants Hospital. During my clinical experience the focus was on OB care, including prenatal, gyn, high risk pregnancy management, natural childbirth, primary care, and education in the hospital and outpatient settings.

I was born and raised locally and have spent the majority of my nursing career providing care on the Southcoast. I am an active member of the local community and have three children that keep me very busy. I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors and doing things such as hiking, biking, yoga and crossfit.

I have special interests in pregnancy, family planning, sexually transmitted infections, health and wellness.

I live in Dartmouth Massachusetts with my fiancé, three children and 2 dogs.
